GREETINGS FAMILY

The final countdown has started as we have less than a year now till the HARTMAN REUNION OF 2010.

July was the deadline for getting your reservations at the Double Arrow Resort in Seely Lake, MT, however if you call they may still be able to accommodate you. Or if you are unable to get a cabin please phone me and I will try to help with getting a place (509-627-6010).

January is the deadline for getting family recipes in for the family recipes in for the family cookbook, with a few remembrances . Please mail these ASAP or no later than January to :
Kathryn Smith P.O. Box 754 Kamiah, ID 83536. This way we can can have it made and ready for the reunion possible.

Shirts are not ready to order yet, but will be getting them ready so order forms can be sent out soon; T-shirts as well as polo shirts have been requested again this year.

There will be another auction, "a make, bake, or fake" which was fun for for all and helped keep expenses down. So be planning on what you will be bringing for the auction and be saving for what you may buy.

The reunion took a turn for a Luau theme, along with a pig roast on Saturday night, there will be games, activities, prizes and just a fun filled weekend to be had by ALL ages. Look forward to seeing everyone there, so invite all your immediate family and:

ALOHA

With the reunion less than a year now, things are going to be going at a faster pace here.

We are excited and are planning a great time for ALL. July was the deadline for getting your 25% down for your cabins, but if you still havent they might be able to accomidate you. Please contact me via e-mail if you have any concerns with making resvervations or need assistance, and I will do my best to help you. wuppett@yahoo.com (Leona Robertson).

Only a few recipes have been given and I urge you to send those in by January 2010 so the books can be made and ready for the reunion.
Also keep making, baking or faking for the auction, the last one was fun and successful.

The reunion has taken a turn and will have a theme of a Luau, we will be hosting a pig roast on Saturday evening, and beach/ out door games for the long afternoon.

Shirts are not yet complete and will send out order forms for those who would like to order shirts, I have had requests for tee and polo shirts again this year.

Some come join the fun and meet your kin in 2010, for the HARTMAN FAMILY REUNION.
